So, Neurodiversity is a term you’ve probably heard used. Put simply, it refers to our natural variations in the human brain and includes conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences.
Now there is a lot of negative stigma around these terms, however, have you thought about embracing the positive factors surrounding neurodivergent individuals?
Embracing neurodiversity in the workplace can bring many benefits, including increased innovation, improved problem-solving skills, and enhanced team dynamics.
Increased Innovation: Neurodivergent individuals often possess unique perspectives and cognitive strengths that can contribute to increased innovation in the workplace.
